KCT-5290 is a water based dispersion / emulsion of acrylic & Styrene Co-Polymer with non-woven cloth having expansion 100%. It is a surfactant stabilized colloid free emulsion. It becomes a hard translucent film coating & is a U.V resistant. It has an elongation of approximate 100% and can also sustain thermal expansion.
Durability
KCT-5290 application is warranted for 7 years. This does not imply that it is durable only for this period. The treatment, being very inert, is durable for a very long period.
Antifungal Sealer Chemicals
Antifungal Sealer Chemicals on building exteriors & are specialized in the impregnation of Water Repellent Chemical by making the surface hydrophobic, as a result of which the surface does not absorb water and condensation inside the capillaries is prevented. Consequently the surface is sealed, preventing the ingress of water carrying hygroscopic salts that causes efflorescence and it remains free from moss and fungus. Thus the beauty of the facade is maintained and protected against damage due to ingress of moisture.

Sealant Chemicals to prevent the water from getting inside causing dampness & fungus attack. This does not change the natural aesthetics & keep cracks bridge.
Proposed method
Cleaning the surface from adhered cement, loose particles and previous waterproofing.
Sealing the surface with transparent sealant.
Application
It is used through the opened joints of the window frames.
